Ukraine issues production results for Jan-Nov

In the first 11 months of the current year, Ukraine registered an 11.5 percent decrease in its finished steel product output to 24.746 million mt, a 6.6 percent decrease in its crude steel output to 29.828 million mt and a 1.3 percent decline in its pig iron production to 26.171 million mt, all year on year, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.
 
The country's production of metallurgical coke in the given period went down by 3.1 percent year on year to 17.401 million mt.
 
In the January-November period this year, Ukraine produced 60.743 million mt of iron ore concentrate and 20.337 million mt of iron ore pellets - up 1.15 percent and 0.6 percent respectively compared to the same period last year.
 
In November alone, Ukraine produced  2.687 million mt of crude steel - up 1.3 percent, 2.185 million of finished steel products - up four percent, and 1.494 million mt of metallurgical coke - down 0.4 percent, all on month-on-month basis.
