Ukraine issues January coke import and export data

In January 2011, coke exports from Ukraine decreased by 21.7 percent month on month and by 2.2 percent year on year to 96,250 mt, valued at $28 million.

Of the country's total coke exports in January, deliveries included 38,000 mt to US, 10,490 mt to Georgia, 9,450 mt to Turkey, 8,060 mt to Slovakia, and 8,030 mt to Bulgaria.
  
On the other hand, in January this year, Ukraine's coke import volume went down by 67.2 percent month on month and by 19.8 percent year on year, totaling 12,370 mt at a value of $4.16 million.

Ukraine's coke import volume in January included 6,290 mt from Kazakhstan, 3,360 mt from Poland, and 2,710 mt from Russia.
