Steel transportation by railway increases in China’s Sichuan Province

According to China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in the first seven months of the current year transportation of steel by railway in China's Sichuan Province totaled 5.99 million mt, up 12.8 percent year on year.
 
In the same period, the volumes of coal and metallic ores transported by railway in the province amounted to 8.49 million mt and 12.35 million mt, down 26.3 percent and up 1.4 percent year on year, respectively.
