Pingmei Shenma Group supplies 3 million mt of coking coal to WISCO in 2011

According to Hubei Province-based Chinese steel producer Wuhan Iron and Steel Group (WISCO), in 2011 up to December 26 Chinese coal mining company China Pingmei Shenma Group supplied 2.9911 million mt of coking coal to WISCO, up nearly 500,000 mt as compared to the coking coal supply volume in 2010. 

In June last year, China Pingmei Shenma had signed an agreement to cooperate on construction of a 2.6 million mt coking facility with WISCO, which would involve restructuring of the coking plant at WISCO subsidiary Echeng Iron and Steel Co.
