This decline marks the second consecutive decline since September, when the supply volumes were the biggest since October 2008.

During the first 11 months of this year, the supply of steel products (pig iron, rolled steel products, pipes, etc.) to Russian trading companies amounted to 5.97 million mt -  up 26.8 percent compared to the same period last year, but down by about 1.5 times compared to the pre-crisis period.
