Southern Kuzbass Coal plans to increase capacity

Southern Kuzbass Coal Company, a subsidiary of the Russian mining and steel producing group Mechel, plans to increase its designed output capacity to seven million mt of coal per year at its Krasnogorsky mining section and to 1.9 million mt at its Olzherassky mining section.

Currently, the designed capacity of the Krasnogorsky mining section is six million mt of coal per year and 1.7 million mt at the Olzherassky mining section.
