South Korea's new car registrations down 22 percent in H1

In June of this year, South Korea's new car registrations decreased by 0.8 percent month on month to 19,386 units, down 16.8 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-June period of this year, South Korean new car registrations fell by 22 percent year on year to 109,314 units.
