Brazilian steelmaker Gerdau has changed the name of two different mills in Argentina to Comercial Gerdau, in an effort to unify the company’s corporate identity in the country.

Upon the change, Siderco and Canos Cordoba will continue to distribute the steel at their six branch offices in Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, Cordoba, La Rioja and Misiones to all parts of Argentina, according to a media report.

The two Gerdau-affiliated companies will use Comercial Gerdau’s corporate identity, absorbing its values, mission and business vision.
