Swiss-based special steel producer and distributor Schmolz+Bickenbach has announced that it has opened a new sales office in Taipei, Taiwan to give local customers access to the entire product range of the company and strengthen customer service in the region, as part of the company’s strategy to increase its global presence.
Schmolz+Bickenbach stated that the opening of the new office, Schmolz+Bickenbach Taiwan Ltd., creates a direct link to the group's own steelworks at Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, Finkl Steel, Steeltec, Swiss Steel and Ugitech. The focus of the sales activities is on tool steel, stainless steels, as well as bright steel products.
