Sansteel Minguang posts net profit of RMB 27 million for 2025

Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Sansteel Minguang Co., Ltd. has issued its financial report for 2025, stating that its operating revenue amounted to RMB 43.029 billion ($6.3 billion) in the given year, down 6.58 percent year on year, while it recorded a net profit of RMB 27 million ($3.9 million), compared to a net loss of RMB 1.277 billion in 2024.

In 2025, Sansteel Minguang produced 10.9 million mt of finished steel, down 1.51 percent year on year.

As for 2026, Sansteel Minguang plans to produce 10.21 million mt of pig iron, 11.76 million mt of crude steel and 11.53 million mt of finished steel, while it aims to achieve an operating revenue of RMB 45.8 billion.
