Russian steel pipe imports surge in January-April

According to the official data for the first four months of the current year, Russia's steel pipe imports increased by 2.5 times year on year to 588,000 mt. In April alone, Russia's steel pipe imports rose by 1.9 times compared to the same month last year, totaling 121,000 mt, but were down 18.4 percent compared to March.
