According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, up to November 1 Ukraine utilized 10.16 percent of its annual quota for rebar exports to Russia, supplying a total of 11,382 metric tons.
According to the agreement signed between Russia and Ukraine, the yearly quota for Ukraine regarding the subject products is 112,000 metric tons for 2007.
