Russian pig iron exports fall in Q1
In the first quarter of 2007, Russia saw a five percent year on year decrease in its pig iron exports. The decrease in overall pig iron exports during the given period occurred due to the reduction in the export deliveries of the main Russian pig iron exporters – Tulachermet (down eight percent) and Svobodny Sokol (down 16 percent).
