Russia and EU agree on 2007 quotas

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) has announced that Russia and the European Union have signed an agreement on trade in steel products for 2007. According to the statement, Russia's 2007 steel quota is equal to its 2006 steel quota. In addition, the terms of distribution and licensing were left without changes.
