Rouge Steel seeks an acquirer for the company

The US integrated steel producer Rouge Industries Inc., producing sheet steel for automotive industry has decided to sell the company. Following this decision, the company started talks to find interested parties, in the industry. The main reason behind such decision is the net loss seen in the company accounts for four consecutive years. The proposed terms and conditions for the sale have not been disclosed by the company yet while existence of a possible buyer, reviewing Rouge's assets and businesses, has been mentioned.
