Real estate sales in Turkey up 26.6 percent in December from November

In December last year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 226,503 units, rising by 26.6 percent month on month and up by 113.7 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the whole year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1,491,856 units, decreasing by 0.5 percent on year-on-year basis.
