As of March 24, the production resumption rate of coal mines in Shanxi Province - China’s main coal-producing base - reached 95.42 percent, as announced by the Energy Bureau of Shanxi Province. The number of productive coal mines in Shanxi Province, and their utilization rates and daily coal outputs, are now back to normal levels.
