Illinois-based steel distributor Precision Steel Warehouse has sold its Charlotte, NC industrial branch for $3.6 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
The transaction closed May 20. Three entities purchased the 8-acre property with the following interests: ITW Charlotte 87.7 percent undivided interest, Burlingame Investments 6.9 percent interest, and Once, at 5.4 percent interest, according to the deed.
Precision Steel’s products include low-carbon steel, coated metals, spring steel, stainless steel and copper base alloys.
