Panzhihua Vanadium Steel Plant exceeds its output targets for January

According to Sichuan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Corporation, its subsidiary Panzhihua Vanadium Steel Plant has exceeded its production targets for January of 425,000 mt of crude steel and 18,000 mt of vanadium slag.
 
In addition, in the whole of 2010, Panzhihua Vanadium Steel Plant produced 5.4738 million mt of crude steel and 254,500 mt of vanadium slag, exceeding its targets of 5.4 million mt and 250,000 mt respectively.
