Sichuan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Pangang Group Steel Vanadium & Titanium Co. (Pangang Vanadium & Titanium) has announced in its preliminary financial report for 2015 that it expects to record a net loss in the range of RMB 2.0-2.4 billion ($0.30-0.36 billion) for the year, compared to the net loss of RMB 3.775 billion recorded in 2014.

Pangang Vanadium & Titanium stated that slowing economic growth in China, the ongoing declining trend of finished steel prices and the decreasing trends of vanadium and titanium prices caused it to continue to record a loss in 2015.
