Jiangsu Province-based Shagang Group, China's largest private steelmaker, has announced that it is not issuing list prices for steel plate for September this year as the steel mill has no available stocks for September delivery.

Previously, the producer had kept its offer price for 20 mm x 2,000 mm Q235B steel plate by stable at RMB 3,850/mt ex-works for delivery in August, as compared to its July prices.
