Mexico imposes no provisional AD duties on Chinese CRC

Mexico's Secretariat of Economy has announced the preliminary decision regarding the antidumping (AD) duty investigation on cold rolled coil (CRC) imports from China. The secretariat stated that it has decided not to impose any provisional dumping duties on the abovementioned imports and will continue with the investigation.
 
The antidumping duty investigation was launched in April this year following the request filed by Ternium Mexico and the investigation covers the period between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013.
 
The products subject to antidumping duty investigation currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7209.16.01 and 7209.17.01.
