Metalloinvest concludes consolidation of assets

The Russian steel producer Metalloinvest Holding (Metalloinvest) has announced that it has concluded the consolidation of its assets. As a result of the consolidation process, the company's steel and mining divisions have been united. The structure of the company has also been changed. Thus, Lebedinsky GOK became the owner of Mikhailovsky GOK, while OEMK took over the ownership of Ural Steel. The current capitalization of Metalloinvest is estimated as $12 billion.
