Manganese ore exports via Port Hedland down 51.5 percent in Nov from Oct

In November this year, manganese ore shipments from Australia's Port Hedland totaled 72,000 metric tons, falling by 51.5 percent compared to October this year and down 52.5 percent compared to the same month of 2014, according to the monthly data released by the Port Hedland Port Authority.
 
Meanwhile, in November this year manganese ore shipments made from Port Hedland to China amounted to 72,000 metric tons, declining by 25.9 percent compared to the previous month.
 
Port Hedland handles production from mines owned by BHP Billiton, Fortescue Metals Group and Atlas Manganese in the manganese ore-rich Pilbara region of Western Australia.
