Liuzhou Steel raises ex-factory prices

On September 12, Guangxi Province-based Liuzhou Steel hiked its ex-factory prices. The details are as follows:

1. The HR coil price has been raised by RMB 60/mt ($8/mt), and so the new price of 5.5 mm Q235 is at RMB 4,600/mt ($612/mt) in Liuzhou.

2. The price of common carbon plate has been hiked RMB 30/mt ($4/mt). Following the adjustment, the price in Liuzhou for Q235 grade 14-22 mm has risen to RMB 5,040/mt ($670/mt).

The above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of September 12.
