Lingyuan Steel merges into Ansteel Group

Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Ansteel Group Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. was set up on December 29, meaning that Liaoning-based Chinese steelmaker Lingyuan Steel has merged into Anshan Iron and Steel Group.

With Ansteel Group taking control of Lingyuan Steel, Ansteel Group’s crude steel production capacity has reached 70 million mt.
