Khuzestan Steel reports increase in its production

Iranian steel producer Khuzestan Steel Company has recently announced that it produced 1.62 million tons of crude steel in the first three quarters of the current Iranian year. According to the sources, the production of the company in the current year is 111% higher than the projected production for the year. Moreover, this figure is also 105% higher than the production figure recorded in the previous year. Since the beginning of the year, the company has sold 1.547 million tons of its products. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Khuzestan Steel Company plans to increase its annual production capacity to 4 million tons by the end of the Fourth Development Plan.
