Iranian steelmaker Khouzestan Oxin Steel, the only wide plate rolling mill in the Middle East, produced 247,000 mt of steel plate in the first nine months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2010).
Khouzestan Oxin Steel, which began production operations early in 2010, has a designed annual capacity of 1.05 million mt of steel plate.
