Russian steelmaker Izhstal, a subsidiary of the Russian mining and steel producing group Mechel, has completed planned capital repairs of its mills 450 and 850.
The completed technical arrangements will increase the reliability of the equipment of mills 450 and 850, which will have a positive impact on the future work of the rolling mill.
