ITC institutes sunset reviews for pipe fittings from three countries
In line with a Federal Register notice released today, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct five-year reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The ITC will use the sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of the orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the ITC's decision by February 22, 2006.
