On January 3, 2006, both the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the subject merchandise from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of continuation of these antidumping duty orders.
