ISG in search for offers for Bethlehem Steel land

According to recent news in the market, International Steel Group (ISG) has announced that it is looking for offers from companies to redevelop 120 acres land that once belonged to bankrupt Bethlehem Steel. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Bethlehem Steel filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in October 2001. Related with the issue, it is reported that, Delaware Valley Real Estate Investment Fund of Philadelphia had previously attempted to purchase the aforementioned land, however it has reached an agreement with neither Bethlehem Steel not ISG so far. There were certain offers submitted for the site so far, however being not satisfied with the bids, ISG announced that it is still looking for bidders for the land.
