Iran’s Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Auto Sheet produces 12,000 mt of HDG in four months

Iranian flat steel producer Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Auto Sheet Co (CBASCO) produced 12,000 mt of hot dip galvanized (HDG) in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).

CBASCO, which was put into operation in early 2011, is the only Iranian steel mill capable of producing HDG for the automotive industry. CBASCO, with its designed annual capacity of 400,000 mt of HDG, was put into operation in early 2011.
