Iranian state-owned iron ore miners see output increase by six percent

Iranian state-owned iron ore miners produced 8.85 million mt in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21) which is about six percent higher than in the same period of the last Iranian year, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO). The miners in question exploited about 13.69 million mt of iron ore in the period in question, marking an increase of 25 percent year on year.
