Interpipe to invest in new railway wheels production line to increase exports

Ukrainian steel pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe will construct a new line for the production of railway wheels for export markets, according to Ukrainian media. The investment for the project is around $15 billion.

The new line will include a finishing center and a control center and will allow the production of more complex wheel designs. With the new line, the company aims to increase its railway wheels production by 40,000 units per year.
