Indian coking coal import traffic up 15% during April-September

Indian coking coal import traffic handled by all major ports in the country during April-September 2019 was recorded at 29.29 million mt, up 15.25 percent over corresponding period of the previous year, according to latest data sourced from Indian Ports Association (IPA).

According to IPA data, total iron ore traffic, including lumps, fines and pellets handled by all the major ports was recorded at 24.76 million mt during April-September 2019, up 34.64 percent over corresponding period of previous year.
