India to help mills in raw material supply issue

Indian Steel Ministry has recently announced that it will help steel producers in the country in raw material supply issue. In line with the plan of the ministry, government will provide steel producers with sufficient quantities of raw materials at remunerative prices. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, national steel policy will aim at solving infrastructure problems and ensuring raw material supply. In India, certain steel producers, especially those who do not have sufficient iron ore and coking coal capacities suffered from shortage and the increased prices of these raw materials. Now the government will take certain measures to help steel producers.
