India imposes AD duty on industrial grade stainless steel

The Indian Ministry of Finance has announced that it has imposed an antidumping duty on industrial grade stainless steel imports from China, South Korea and Malaysia.
 
The antidumping duty rates range from $180/mt to $316/mt for five years.
 
India consumes approximately 1 million mt of this product annually and imports 40 percent of it from China.
