South Korea's Hyundai Hysco, a Hyundai Motor affiliate, announced plans to build a steel plate plant in Slovakia in 2006 in order to supply plate to Kia Motors, sources report. Kia Motors plans to open an assembly plant in Slovakia in 2006. The new steel plant will supply plate to this planned assembly plant.
