Hebei Steel completes construction work on Yanshan iron ore mine

Chinese steel producer Hebei Steel Group has announced that it has completed construction work on mining facilities and infrastructure at the Hebei-based Yanshan iron ore mine project, which has already entered the trial production phase.
 
The Yanshan mine is the largest iron ore project in China, with a designed annual output capacity of 15 million mt. Zhongye Jingcheng Qinghuangdao Co. is responsible for the provision of ore processing technology.
 
Construction work on the project commenced in October 2009.
