Guryevsk Metallurgical Works’ crude steel output rises 66.6 percent in Jan-Feb

Guryevsk Metallurgical Works (GMZ), a subsidiary of Russian steel producer ESTAR Holding (ESTAR), in the January-February period of the current year saw its crude steel output increase by 66.6 percent compared to the same period last year, producing 32,200 mt.
 
Meanwhile, during the period in question, GMZ increased its commercial rolled steel product output by 15.6 percent to 39,600 mt, and upped its steel grinding balls production by 17.5 percent to 17,000 mt, both compared to the corresponding period of last year.
