Galvex new HDG mill starts hot runs

Estonian galvanising plant Galvex Trade Ltd's new mill located in the industrial port Muuga has finally started hot runs this week. The first coils that came off the line where satisfactory according to personnel at the mill. The tension leveler will be activated soon allowing the coils to lose any possible flatness defects. Unfortunately Danieli has been late in delivering the rolls for the in line skin pass which will not be activated till early next year.
