Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from Mexico

On June 1, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a full five-year review (sunset review) of an antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico. On the basis of adequate responses both from interested domestic parties and respondent parties, the DOC chose to conduct a sunset review of the duties on imports of the product in question from Mexico. The DOC's preliminary decision found that revocation of the antidumping duty on stainless steel and strip in coils imported from Mexico would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. After not receiving any comments on the preliminary results, the DOC determined that revocation of the antidumping duty on subject merchandise imported from Mexico would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the following weighted-average margins:

Manufacturer/exporter Margin

Mexinox.....................................30.85%
All Others..................................30.85%
