Final results of AD review on HR flat products from Brazil

On April 22, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from Brazilian producers Companhia Siderurgica de Tubaro (CST) and Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN). The period of review was March 1, 2004, through February 28, 2005. On October 7, 2005, the DOC published a notice of intent to rescind this administrative review, since CSN certified that there were no shipments or entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review, and since CST certified that the only shipments or entries it had during the period in question were being reviewed by the Department as part of a new shipper review. Since the DOC did not receive any comments on its October 7th decision, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to these two producers.
