Final results of AD review of SSSS in coils from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 6, 2004 published preliminary results of antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico. The review covers one Mexican producer of the subject merchandise. The period of review is July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. The final results differ from the preliminary results of this review based on the analysis of comments. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the preliminary margin determined for ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A de C.V (Mexinox) was 5.97%. The final weighted-average dumping margin for the Mexican producer is as follows:
