Final AD duties imposed on US imports of Korean ferrovanadium

Based on an affirmative final determination by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and an affirmative final determination by the US International Trade Commission (ITC), the DOC is issuing an antidumping duty order on ferrovanadium from Korea.
 
Final antidumping duties were set at 54.69 percent for Fortune Metallurgical Group and Woojin Ind. Co., Ltd. Final duties for Korvan Ind. Co., Ltd. and all other Korean ferrovanadium producers were set at 3.22 percent.
 
The product covered by this order is all ferrovanadium regardless of grade (i.e., percentage of contained vanadium), chemistry, form, shape, or size, classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States item number 7202.92.0000.
