Final AD & CVD determinations on cold rolled steel by ITC

The US International Commission (ITC) yesterday determined that no material injury or threat of material injury is caused by the imports of cold rolled steel products from Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Korea, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey and Venezuela. It was previously determined by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) that aforementioned product imported from these countries were sold at less than fair value in the US, and those from Brazil, France and Korea were also subsidized. As a result of the ITC negative determinations no countervailing or anti-dumping duty will be applied on imports of cold rolled steel products from these fifteen countries.
