The US DOC has determined the final margins to apply under the anti-dumping investigations for certain cold rolled carbon steel flat products from
Argentina,
Belgium,
Brazil,
China,
France,
Germany,
Korea, The
Netherlands,
New Zealand, Russian Federation, South
Africa,
Spain,
Taiwan,
Turkey,
Venezuela.
No critical circumstances determined for imports from
Argentina, South
Africa and
Taiwan while it is decided that critical circumstances do exist for imports from
China, the
Netherlands Russia, and
Korea with the exception of Dongbu.
