EUROMETAL: EU flat steel service center shipments up 6% in Jan-Nov

According to the latest report issued by EUROMETAL, in the first 11 months of 2015 steel shipments to end-user segments by European flat steel service centers increased by six percent year on year. In November alone, steel shipments rose by 12 percent year on year.

Commenting on business developments in EU steel distribution, Georges Kirps, director general of EUROMETAL, underlined that stock levels in EU steel distribution are well aligned with the business situation, adding that stock levels have even declined in the final months of 2015.
