Spain’s Bergé to provide logistic services for Celsa

Spanish logistics company Bergé has announced that it has signed an agreement with Spain-based long steel producer Celsa Group to provide logistics services in the port of Tarragona.

Bergé will provide Celsa with storage and port stowage services in the port of Tarragona for shipments of steel products - mainly profiles - in ships that will range between 3,000 and 7,000 tons.

The agreement will allow the export of estimated port traffic of annual 300,000 mt of various steel products from Celsa’s plant in Castellbisbal (Barcelona), destined for the main steel receiving ports in the Mediterranean.
